Keyed Alike:
This means that when you buy two or more padlocks from the keyed alike range they will all be operated by the same key. Each padlock comes with two keys as standard.

About This Padlock:
Although many of our padlocks are designed for use in normal outdoor conditions, our specialist weatherproof padlocks are perfect for severe weather and environmental conditions.
All ABUS padlocks have water resistant internal components but with our weatherproof models the whole lock body is enclosed in a special protective, impact-resistant plastic sheathing designed with dirt and water drainage channels including non-corrosive inner components. In addition the shackle is 100% stainless steel.

With every padlock 2 keys are included as standard but if you require additional keys they can be ordered by clicking here.
Sizes:
We stock the small and large versions of this padlock as standard but a there is a 55mm x-large version is available upon request with a delivery time of around 4 days. Please contact us for details.
Failing that a larger marine grade lock would be the Submariner which comes in at 57mm wide.

Uses & Applications:
Ideal situations include all vehicles, trailers, containers and boats which are subject to sea/salt water. They work particularly well where the padlock is left locked outdoors for long periods of time. ABUS also have a page dedicated to padlock application here.
Technology:
A removable cap is used to protect the lock mechanism against water and dirt whilst drainage grooves carry off potentially corrosive water.
The precision 5 pin tumbler with self-locking mechanism makes the padlock highly secure against picking, while the hardened steel shackle and double bolted case help protect the lock from force attacks.
