The new 183AL/45 padlock is a game changer in the combination padlock market place. Not only has it a nano protected shackle meaning tougher steel will not rust, the dials and inner components are made from stainless steel to prevent corrosion, whilst the aluminium body holds the five dials offering a whopping 100,000 possible combinations.
This means that the padlock could be left on a field gate, for example, for months on end without use, but the owner can rest in the knowledge that it will not corrode whist exposed to the elements and also it will take an awful lot of patience to try and crack the precision locking mechanism.
The twist and push combination change sequence required would be complicated to those not in the know, so there would be no chance of the combination being changed accidentially, and very awkward to do it maliciously compared to other models.
This is the first combination padlock we have stocked that has the ability to have interchangable shackles - the standard shackle length is 36mm in height but 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm are available - please contact us for more information
