Made from hardened steel the Masterlock chains are good as a medium security item. The plastic coating protects the chain from the weather and also against damaging the item it is security such a bike or gate.
Will this chain fit my padlock?
Note that the chain is NOT designed like an ABUS chain in that one link can be pushed through the other. Therefore when you selecta padock you must ensure there is enough space to include both links of the chain within shackle.
