About this product

A longer shackle version of the 50mm brass combination padlock incorporates a strong body, hardened steel shackle and special resettable 4 digit code that can only be changed using the security key provided. This enables you to give access to other people without the risk of the code being changed.

It is manufactured by Shield, a British company, with specialist knowledge of combination padlocks.

It is important to note that this is the standard version and so does not incorporate a stainless shackle and mechanism. It is suitable for outdoor use but for a fully marine grade lock that is 100% resistant to rust then choose the weatherproof combination padlock.

Sizes:
This is the largest brass combination padlock we do but we do a smaller range here. We also do a long shackle brass combindation padlock.

Uses & Applications:
This is much more secure than many smaller combination padlocks but retaining the same simplicity. Ideal for schools and offices where a medium security solution is required. The hardened steel shackle is also stronger that the stainless steel found on the fully weatherproof model.

Technology:
A reliable 4 digit combination is resetable to your own code. Supplied also is a special reset key allowing only athorised holders to change the combination.
